In Moscow on the night of August 20, the flag of
Ukraine was flown on top of the steeple tower of a building on the waterfront. The
gold star that crowns the spire of the building was half repainted blue.
According to the Russian news service, policy questioned the evening concierge
who was on duty in the building and are treating the act as criminal.

There is a black market emerging in Kyiv of 'elite' shopping/retail stores. According to an article in Ukraynska Pravda, this story from Donetsk about underground shopping is
an illustration of the absurd: in Ukraine now there are Ukrainians from the West that are going to protect and die for Donbas. Meanwhile the 'elite' from Donetsk are setting up black market shops in Kyiv to protect their lifestyle and elite, carefree quality of life, all the while not renouncing their former animosity and hatred of Kyiv.
