Did the invasion just start? UK journalists Shaun Walker (Guardian) and Roland Oliphant (Telegraph) seem to think it has (or rather, it’s merely a continuation of what we already know).

Igor “Strelkov” Girkin, the infamous military leader of the People's Republic of Donetsk, is seriously wounded. This is what was reported by the separatist media outlet, Novoros Inform. But Alexander Borodai, the former PM of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic, confirmed that Strelkov resigned but denied reports that Mr Strelkov had been wounded. Mr Borodai handed over his role as PM to Alexander Zakharchenko just as the rebel chief in Luhansk, Valery Bolotov, said he was temporarily handing over to his defence minister, Igor Plotnitskiy. This can only be interpreted as juggling of positions based on a move to centralise power. And based on the fact that these individuals are Russian citizens, with regular 'meetings' in Russia, it is only logical to make a connection between these shifts in rebel leadership and the Kremlin's 'next moves'/ strategy.
