Dmytrivka is located 15 km from the Russian border and the surrounding villages are Marynivka, Stepanivka, Dubrovka, Dyakove. All of them are encircled by Russian troops. In Dyakove and Dubrovka, rocket launchers have been installed and during the day, various explosions and shooting have been heard. Many residents have no idea what to do, how they can act or what is to be done.
A report today in Ukraine's Espreso TV stated that in the village of Dmytrivka, in the Shakhtarsky district, 50 men have been mobilised by pro-Russian militias under threat of execution.
I’m a resident of Donbas, namely from the Shakhtarsky district, village of Dmytrivka. On June 14, in the evening around 17:00, ‘our brothers,’ namely Chechens, started going through our village and forcibly taking into their army men aged 16 to 65. Anyone who refused was threatened with being shot. Women gathered together and protested, but they ignored it, to put it mildly, and said that all the men joined voluntarily,” Tetyana, wife of one the 'mobilised' men in Dmytrivka.

Meanwhile, in Europe none of the leaders are mentioning anything about the virtual 'third package of sanctions' against Russia. It seems the international sphere is tired of Ukraine, they have moved on. Ukraine--worsening by day--is not longer the story to be concerned about. And so long as they receive their gas supplies, European nations are not too concerned to meddle in the affairs of Russia as Russia illegally annexes surrounding nations and provokes internal civil wars in foreign, so-called 'sovereign nations.
Europe and the United States care exclusively for their own economical and political benefits.  The implementation of the third sanction package against the Russian Federation may negatively influence the EU’s economy. Any further instability in the EU economy will be avoided, even at the cost of ignoring the violence continuing to destroy Ukraine. But what of the influx of refugees from Ukraine into Europe as a consequence of Russia's actions? It is interesting that people, even refugees, are of little concern to these leaders, in spite of the significant economic impact that (forced) migration, internationally as well as intra-nationally, has.
